Understand

No one understands it is all too different for each individual to understand what another person means.

You may just perceive it as a word but do we all take into consideration on how we say the word and it sounds to another person?

The meaning of the word may be universal but is that sound of the word universal?

If you ask someone if they “understand” do they?

Or does it trigger something in another person because they have some negative association with the word, because it is a word that we use to bridge gaps in communication but we never take into consideration if the word is as universally known as we perceive it is.

People should understand that the word “understand” does no mean the same thing that it may mean to others.

It is a tragedy of how distorted communication has become.

A word that is supposed to communicate resolution has become a word that enhances conflict.
