A life with patience and without the internet.

Do you remember life before the internet?

Before the internet life required patience.

Instant Gratification was a dream that we could only imagine.

Before the Internet you had to actually go out of your way for gratification. Nothing was at the palm of your hand.

Problem solving required experience, for example:

If you were a teenager stuck at the mall before the internet you would have to figure out how to call someone for a ride.

You would have to know who to call?

If you had a quarter or if you would have to collect?

You would have to remember the number you have to call.

You would have to worry about if the number you called would answer.

That was life before the internet in a nutshell.

I almost prefer life before the internet.

Before the Internet people had to rely on Self Reliance, but not all people learned Self Reliance from the same place.

People had different ways of dealing with different things.

In a way life before the internet felt free.

Like we experienced life in Real Time more then we do today, because it was more personal.

We ourselves were the only cloud that saved memories.
